New plans have emerged to redevelop a 20-acre Santa Ana property that once housed the Orange County Register. Located at 625 Grand Avenue, the development proposes the construction of approximately 1.2 million square feet of apartments and hotel space, 1.1 million square feet of office space and 44,000 square feet of retail space.

Although still in the planning stages, 625IVE would include eight new structures joining four existing buildings. The new buildings include three high-rises measuring between 260-493 feet tall.
