A 52-story high-rise is proposed at 1600 S. Figueroa St, just south of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Plans call for a mixed-use project that would include 202 condominiums, 134 rental units, a 250-room hotel, 6,500 square feet of office space, 9,000 square feet of retail space and 3,000 square feet of restaurant space. Parking would be accommodated by a proposed 499 parking stalls, with five levels underground and four above-grade.
