The 732 S. Spring Street development is proposed as a 24-story, 250-foot tall building that would include 308 residential dwelling units and approximately 7,202 square feet of ground-floor retail space. On-site amenities would include a fitness room, an outdoor swimming pool and a rooftop observation deck.
Plans call for more than 400 automobile parking spaces and nearly 350 bicycle parking stalls within three above-grade levels and two-below grade levels.
The 751 S. Spring Street development is proposed as a 24-story, 244-foot tall building featuring 320 residential dwelling units and approximately 8,900 square feet of commercial space. Proposed amenities would include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, fitness room, club room and a rooftop deck.
Plans call for more than 426 automobile parking spaces within four above-grade levels and three-below grade levels.
